Hi all,I am a buyer of flat in Zion lakeview.Since possession date is approaching. Builders are asking for EDC etc,On asking when the possession will be obtained they promised on April..Any info ? if they will give on that day ?
How much EDC they are asking? And have you been in the construction site? before paying EDC it is very important to visit the site also. And was this mentioned in the document? about the payment and the date and all?

I checked the EDC 580 per sq feet. This is increased after haryana govt increased the price. The building is almost completed and interior is pending now .

Hi I bought flat in T3 from Zion promoters and developers . Its been one year since the date of possession. They are not granting the possession. Any one bought the flat from Zion.
Ya.. They are supposed to give 1% of the total flat price as penalty amount every month. I was talking to the builder since last year they were supposed to give on last august ( 2013) but now its 2014. They are telling they need the possesion certificate clearance from chandigarh and they are waiting for same. But i m worried is it thier new way of tricking and delaying further :(Ya..
