I have recently reieved communication from Lodha for Teirra B wing that possession has been indefinitely postponed and that they are willing to repay whatever I had paid towards the Consideration Value with 12% simple interest. This means that I will lose out on the monies I have paid towards MVAT, Service Tax, Stamp Duty, Registration and not to mention the 2Lacs they took in cash towards Car Parking. Moreover the money that they repay me will not be worth much to buy another house since the property rates have skyrocketed since I booked my flat.
