Anybody aware of real reason why CASA Univis Cielo C has not progressed beyond 10th floor?
Q: Stalled construction of CASE Univis Cielo C building. If it is due to TMC not providing the permit, what is it that the builder has violated that has compelled the TMC take such action? Is there a way to find out what is the real reason with TMC directly and also whether there is any legal way out builder can take corrective action to resolve the problem? This way we will know whether the building construction is stopped for ever or not.

I am also affected of the Cielo C flat. How can we contact all the affected owners of Cielo C and then jointly take over the matter. Any consideration of going to the consumer court ?? D.
