Leakage issues in Konark Indrayu Enclave 2 apartments.
Q: Are there internal water leakage problems in most flats? Damp spots are noticed in living room & bedroom having attached toilet. The Real Estate Agent said that repairs will be undertaken by the builder. I will appreciate an honest feedback from owners since I am a prospective first time buyer. Thanking you in advance.

Latest Answer: Hi We are also facing the same issue. Water s seeping in our bedroom ceiling from the top floor bathroom. Upon first inspection a leaking tap was found , which was in that state for almost a month, gradually causing place for water to seep. We requested the concerned owner to get his bathroom repaired and we would get our ceiling n wall damage(waterproofing) repaired. But he wants us to bear 50 % of the bathroom leakage and seepage expenses, thereto we bear 50% bathroom and 100 % of our ceiling + wall damage repair charges. We strongly feel its completely unfair. Ours is an Apartment not a co-operative society...please advise !
