Hi, I have observed that many townships are coming up in Delhi nowadays.. I do not understand whether there is demand for such projects are not. What will be the future of townships in Delhi or any other cities? Post your opinions on this.

Hi, try investing in NCR region than in Delhi old areas.. Noida, Gurgaon or Ghaziabad would be better.. First make some research about market and then move on.. Good luck.

Noida, , Gurgaon and Ghaziabad are the hot cake now, in terms of investing in Delhi NCR region, specially after the expressways the cost of the areas have increased and this areas in future will have great returns.Developers like DLF, Jaypee are big developers of India are investing in this are. Which type of investment you are looking at?

sir, let me tell you investing in a place where the development is going on would be a better option
as NCR is developing more
delhi development is done and now its time for Noida and near by localities
so investing money to correct place is a better option to gain appreciation

I think ,more than Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon are more effective in terms of investment as many luxury projects are coming up . Noida is still into some local problems.

Hi, i dont think it is that important to have an agent for every deal.. some deals can happen better without brokers. I have made few deals of my own properties, but have never depended on any broker. But if u have to buy or sell property in a unknown or less known place you may find it essential.

Choosing a proper broker is not so easy. Some people know nothing about real estate but claim themselves as brokers. Only for money-sake they will come and cheat you. These kind of people will only make you lose money than getting u a good deal.
