Hi everybody,This is Maulesh Shukla. I bought an apartment in Tierra B, Casa Univis (renamed as Splendora). I got a mail from them yesterday saying they are running behind schedule and are not getting approvals so I have an option to get my money refunded at 12% simple interest. This is cheating of highest order. Please note, they have sent such a mail to buyers from Tierra (A, B) and Cielo (C, D). Being a small retail buyer, I do not have any power against these powerful frauds. Can we create a common group and fight it out? All affected buyers who got such a mail can meet the management as a group and put our case forward.Let me know if all are interested and we can take this forward.
Hi, I have also booked flat in tierra B, and got letter from LODHA group on 4th Feb 2013, what action you guys taking on the letter i am planning to send back the letter and not accepting any of the option.
