What other things can be mentioned in the registry of flat with flat cost.
Q: R/Sir, I had purchased a flat in indore M.P. in 2011. Flat Cost - 1650000/- Other Charges(electricity, water etc.)- 85000/- Service Tax - 51000/- VAT- 24000/- Total - 18 lacs 10k But now as i am going for registry. as per guideline the flat cost is Rs. 17,75000/-. my question is what other things can be mentioned in registry inside. plz tell me. Thanks!

Latest Answer: hi..ashish During Registry of Flat, only agreement charges are required. You can contact to registrar head in registration office.
