Hi, I am Raja from Chennai. Me and three of my friends have booked the flat in Harmony bluemoon on last year Feb,2012. It's almost 1 year.whenever we call the builder, they will give the same answer that will get the approval by this end of (every) month.And there is no proper update.Is anybody know why this approval getting delay? I really believe the CMDA approval don't take this much long time.Because, We can see lot of projects are getting approval and going well in and around the pallavaram and chennai. Ramesh,are they comitted any date when the project will approve during your agreement signing.Because of this delay, We are confused to sign the agreement and stay with this project.
