Hi Raj!!! First of you are comparing two apartments which are not worth a comparison. Concord manhattan & Ittina mahaveer are not in the same league... Hw much did you shell out for Concorde??? Must be 3 times that of ittina... I am not a hard core ittina fan.. I am currently residing here and the resident association is making good progress in shaping up the society. They are about to open the Gym.. its almost done biut still is not open to people. I ahd gone to HDFC & AXIS bank to apply for the same but my loan application got rejected. Bank said that some 200 owners had taken loan from them and due to delay in the project, the owners stopped paying the bank and thus the bank hv blacklisted Ittina mahaveer. but one thing is for sure that it is affordable... It gives chance to middle class people to own a home among people who belong to your league (The Concrode People)....Hi Raj!!!
