I have received pictures of the Premier exotica site today and looking at these pictures i can confirm that no work in progress at Exotica. Dear Friends,
I have also invested in Exotica. This week i have received a demand for payment of the installment for completion of the plinth work. They have asked to make the payment within 3 days which is ridiculous after having to wait for 2 years to reach this stage. I am quite concerned though to make any further payment since I hear that they are almost on the verge of bankruptcy. I do not know whether I will risk my investment further by paying an additional amount. Have any of you received such a demand. Have you made the payment? What do you feel about the risk?
