HDIL will delay the project, they claim that the 42 storey tower will come, but the rusted rebars used for the columns without any anti rust coating. they delay the project ,earlier to some they said possession in 2012 and some others it was 2015!! they demand back 20% with some and 40% with some also nil to someone. they may delay the project beyond 2015. As per last survey in NOV 2011, they have not sold even 15% of flats. They confirmed to me personally that they do not encourage brokers, but i surprised to lot of brokers are working for them. regards.

NO PROGRESS, 42 STOREY . MINIMUM 1 MONTH PER FLOOOR=42 MONTH++ 10-18 MONTHS FINISHING SUCH A MEGA TOWER++ 6-12 MONTHS OC, WATER ELECTRICITY ETC ETC????
PLS COMMUNICATE , ALL DOOMED TO LOSE 19-20 LAKH OR PROJECT MAY GO TILL 2020.
Hello Mr.Shetty, is there an update on the project? I liked this project after looking at it. But reading the comments here and on other forums, I am hesitant.
HDIL is a reputed builder after we see that they have completed many projects in Mumbai. Also, the one in Nahur - Majestic Tower is getting build at a quick pace. Do you know what's the problem with the Whispering towers?

Also, my parents visited the site couple of weeks back. They said they do not take anything in black. They will 10 lakhs during the registration and another 10 lakhs after a month. And that's when we'll sign an agreement.
They assured that they will continue with the construction somewhere around 5th Feb and then it won't stop. Estimated complete date around DEC 2015.
