Feedback on Sairung developers.
Q: Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.

I am describing my experience with sairung developers who sells plot schemes around hinjewadi area(around marunji road) in pune. Specific to Sairung city, sairung has sold one 2.5 acre(which is 100000 sq. feet) plot to one person and now he has done internal plotting within this 2.5 acre land. Plotting looks good with internal roads. I liked it and initiated the process of purchase. Price was decided as 550 Rs. per sq. feet and got all the documents like satbara, ferfaar, agreement copy and my lawyer told me that documents are good so I made some advance payment. later, I came in touch with the one person who happened to be a moderator of a yahoo group of people who have purchased a plots in sairung city. There are more than 80 members in this group.
