Review about ATZ Builders and ATZ Areva Project
Q: Hi, I need to know reviews about ATZ Builders in Bangalore.I especially need to know feedback about the ATZ Areva project in Marathalli Sarjapur ORR. It looks good from the plan and layout.Has anyone checked about the legal clearance of the land and how good this builder is and feedback about his past projects from the owners?

Please be careful. I just came to know that the size mentioned in the brochure is not correct. The brochure says it as built area but actually that should had been the Super build area. So whatever size it says in the brochure as SBA, the actual build are will be less and the carpet area further less. For example, for us what was said as 1710 built area is actually the SBA and the actual built area comes to 13 something.Please be careful. May I be included. I booked flat no. 405 @ ATZ Areva...Have you guys got the agreement papers ?
