I checked with Karia Developers about meadows 2 days back. The possession is getting delayed by 6 months because of environment clearance issue. Initially, they were saying it is not needed as area is less and blah blah..now they are saying this and expecting the EC by oct. Yeah.. even i checked with the builder and they are saying that there project does not come under the limit of EC. But again, the ec.maharashtra website on 58th report is saying different story. yeah..Project is approved by SBI/HDFC and other leading banks. It is completely sold out and work is going on in full swing, possession is also expected in Sep 2013. So overall no issues, but this environment clearance thing came from no where. If you see project is small and should not need one, but as i say before, EC website is saying something else.yeah..Project is approved by SBI/HDFC and other leading banks.
