@Das: Occupancy Certificate will be given when the flat is given to you for possession finally.. and this project is under construction I hope.
@Rajendra: Will you provide more details about booking procedure and rates of flats? And also registration and other expenses.. pls give the details.
1l -- intial booking, collect docs and go for verification,
pay 20% and go for agrement, then proceed to loan(presently lic approved),rate will vary based upon your discussion with builder. for my case me and my brother booking. we are expecting 47l with registration.presently we are in doc verification phase with layer.
