Buying flat in mana candela 2
Q: Hi i am plaaning to book a flat in Mana Candela Phase 2. Currently he is quoting 3250 per/sqft but he agreed to give me in 2950 per/sqft as its in pre-launch mode. if 5-6 can book together..he can still reduce the price. Let me know if you want to come and book the flat

What is the status of the project and who has approved the project? Which all banks are providing home loan for the same?
Can you please help me with information what is current status of Mana Candela approval , Also this property falls under Gram panchayat land . So does it have A khata , OC and CC . please let me know as i am planning to book a flat there.

Buyiing flat in mana candela phase 2
Q: Hi am planing to book a 2BHK flat in Mana Candela 2. They are charging too much on VAT and service tax. As per govt rule VAT is only 5% of the total cost and service tax is 14% of ( 25% of total material cost). If anyone have booked earlier. Please let me know how much VAT and service tax you have paid.
