Discussion on buying in Samhita Sarovar
Q: I havent seen any discussions on this forum for a long time. Just wanted to initiate a discussion and hear the thoughts of people who have already bought or who are planning to buy in Samhita Sarovar.

Hi Vinita, sorry for replying late. Please expect block A completion only by Dec 2014. Thats my personal view. When i booked it last year, I anticipated the completion delay by minimum a year. Possession for block B and C is delayed by around an year or more. So Dec 14 is the right time to expect block A completion. Regarding the document check, there is no need to worry as the project is approved by SBI/HDFC/LIC HF. These banks don't approve a project with any problem/risk.
