Q: I would like to know more about the West metro project and about the builder. Please share the experiences you have and the promptness of Services of the builder. Is it worth value for Money?

Regarding HUDA approval for West Metro
Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Block E of 1120 sft.. The construction seems good and ample ventilation is provided, but is this project approved by HUDA or is this construction having all the legal documents??

Approvals do not seem to be a problem. Please take care of the quality of finishing. As of now, one of the five blocks are occupied by residents without - amenities, proper roads, designated parking, drinking water, forget about pool and jogging track and all other fancy promises !1Approvals do not seem to be a problem.
