I haven’t received any update, every time builder giving fake commitment for launching, Now I need to know if anyone has really made a booking in this new project??
we should at least check wth the developer about exact booking numbers post recent cancellation. & what is their plans, the most horrible what if they recall the project?

Hi Nitesh, I feel that since they have not got proper approvals, they are taking much time to give possession.. It is high time they should have handed over the flats..

No they will take another 5 to 6 months for NA.
