I am an owner of a flat in RSK Orchid Garden, Navalur. I wish to connect with other buyers who have bought flats in this gated community. I feel there is a delay in the project completion and would welcome other's opinion in this project. There is also design flaw in the kitchen.
Please let me know if any group mail is created for RSK Orchid garden owners. If so, can you please add my name to the list. I own a flat in Block A . Also have you all paid the amount (around 70K) they asked for additional expenses (this was related to flooring, extending the kitchen platform, extra AC points and others). Guys, I heard from the builder that delivery will be around August. Any updates? Can we form a group for all those own a flat in RSK?
