My comments to replies
There is nothing like BBMP Approved. BBMP collects tax and provides 'Khata'. The approval is in the hands of the BDA FOR Bangalore Urban and BMRDA for Bangalore Rural. So if the property is in the limits of the bangalore urban it must be BDA approved and if the property is approved by the BMRDA in that case it lies in the rural areas of the bangalore.
Agreed. will BMRDA gives approval to only bangalore rural areas or will it covers some other rural areas which fall under some other district but they sorrounding bangalore ?
