Hi all, we have also booked flat in Mahaveer amaze project. Project seems very good in terms of location and price they are quoting. This project is approved by BDA, property file will get ready by november end then we can go for Loan through all major banks.Avina is there as a marketing guy for this project, we are in touch with him.. If anybody else has booked apparment then please share us and update us on the sameHi all, we have also booked flat in Mahaveer amaze project. We had a discussion with mr Kavanraj, he told for Commencement certificate it will take 3 months from now to get ready, OC will get after completion of project only rest all the documents are ready.. Hi , Thanks anurag.. we also contacted them on sunday, they give us the same answer..within a week they will arrange all the docs..1 query is there like major banks are giving loan on this property like HDFC , SBI .. So bank will need and check all the documents right in terms of all legal matter?? so they will give loan afterwards only when all the docs are legally verified .. So is there any need of going with lawyer then if bank is giving loan ??
