Can you please clarify whats your ownership in the project. Do you have authorization to sell any apartments from your chunk? If so, what is the price you would be offering for your share of apartments? 3 bed room Apartments preferably in the higher floors (3rd floor and above) like A3, A7, B6 or C1 etc? And whats your realisitic take on the possession time of this apartment? I am leaning towards the project but can you make the HMDA approval available on the webpage for us to see it. We took a look at the property and the construction quality is good ... But the builder is not willing to show any approval documents without by paying the token amount. Is that the way it works? . The website says construction as per HMDA norms ... does that mean he has a HMDA Approval? But builders dont have a properly laid out payment plan also. They want you pay the amount other than loan amount in one shot. In other places, you usually get to pay a deposit, then a 15% chunk based on construction etc. Also they promise a 10 month possession time from now, which is almost impossible looking at the current construction state. 5 floors to build and only 2 floors are barely done.
