I have seen Indya Estates advertisement in TOI from few days. looks very interesting. Please give your inputs on this? can i buy a property in Sarjapur-Anekal road? Property is in Sarjapur-Anekal road. amenities and pics looks very interesting. please let me know your opinion.
I have visited the site, inquired about 3BHK flat. they say carpet area you will get 750 around. its almost 65% of superlative area. I was disappointed by that. Build quality of model house is average. Doors, door fittings, toilet fittings, electric fittings, kitchen fittings is very average. their specification in the brochure doesn't give a clear picture of what brand they are going to put. I was utterly disappointed by this.
Let me know if anyone visited and opinion about it.

1. is this layout is approved from local authority? (generally any green belt area to become residential property it requires a permission)?
2. how good Area is to be in future?
