Fraud by alliance Orchid Springs
Q: I had posted sometime back on the Alliance Orchid springs fraud that is underway. Firstly the land is under dispute and has not been resolved yet. Builder has collected almost 90% of the value from the customers and the project is still somewhere near the starting stages. Progress of work has been pathetic. Hefty penalties (12% interest) are being levied on even minor defaults by customers. I am again placing this as a warning to all prospective customers. Q: Hi this is Vijay, I had booked a flat in Opal Block in Sep 2012. Sales excecitives offers exceptionally poor quality of service on queries On Scrutiny by my lawyer we found that a portion of the land is under dispute between the owners The sales persons are not responding to queries on cancellation of booking now. I am preparing a law suit against Orchid springs. Pls tell me if there is any one in my situation
