Hi, My ancestral property is up for sale for around 1 Cr.
Q: I want to know the pros and cons of investing in a rented commercial property for the benefit of monthly income. I am a bit worried of its management as I live abroad. Please advice. Sandhya.

Veena: thanks for ur suggestion. I had thought about it too but construction costs 30 - 50 lakhs from my pocket which is impossible.
