Aarya orchid hsr layout is asking for full down payment for a 2bhk flat because as per one of their executive they have constructed an extra floor which is against bbmp specification.
Q: They communicated that it can be settled by making payment to bbmp, but i dont wish to land myself into legal issues with bbmp in future, kindly let know if its safe to buy this property

Latest Answer: I would advice you think twice before booking as BBMP may take action against the builder as it is an illegal construction.
