Aarya orchid hsr layout is asking for full down payment for a 2bhk flat because as per one of their executive they have constructed an extra floor which is against bbmp specification.
Q: They communicated that it can be settled by making payment to bbmp, but i dont wish to land myself into legal issues with bbmp in future, kindly let know if its safe to buy this property

Hi Vinth, As you said that they have constructed an extra floor with BBMP knowledge which may create problem in future so I feel before booking you should take help from your legal expert.

I would advice you think twice before booking as BBMP may take action against the builder as it is an illegal construction.
