I am looking for other options too. I heard about Pacifica aurum on OMR. Seems to be a good project, as again the common area that they consider is 33% of the unit area, i.e. if the apartment size is 1168, the common area comes to 540 sq.ft, and the living area is just 1128 sq.ft. So please suggest me if this is the current trend, as I have heard that common area will usually be around 20%.
