Interested in buying flat at Aarohi Sus Teerth
Q: Hello, I am a IT professional like you guys. Yesterday evening I visited the Aarohi - Sus - Teerth site, I liked the location and overall plan. Site incharge was telling me about the flat in D building 8th floor is available. I was going through the few reviews available on net about this scheme. I found this society. I found mixed reviews. Few people is having bad experince. I have few queries 1. PUBLIC NOTICE Public at large is hereby informed that my client Aarohi Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. at 123/6/2, Sus, Tal. Mulshi, Dist. Pune is a registered co-operative housing Society, which is formed with a joint vision to acquire houses to its members at reasonable prices in good and peaceful location. Accordingly Teirth Developer & Suyojit Infrastructure Ltd. has entered into an agreement on 4th February 2008 with my client society and they have started developmental activity at lands bearing Survey No. 123/

hello Mr. Aditya... my query is.... is consumer case is still running between society and builder?? is verdict of court is yet to come..and in what way it can affect buyers of flat in building 'G & 'H'....?

Hi Akshay, Yes it is true that builder has got the approval till 12th floor in C, D and E buildings. It is also true that society has filled a case against builder for raising the building height or adding the number of floors. But i guess that is sorted out now. And builder is ready to go ahead and likely to give possession by end of this year. Regarding current rate of units, we really can't comment on this. You have to directly find it out with builder. I would just suggest that, be careful about choosing your unit and go through entire agreement before you register it. Rest all information you have regarding the Aarohi project, is correct. Hi, Even i have booked a 2BHK flats, considering the floor plans, progress of the construction, building sanctions & approvals, and, of course, property prices, a 2/3 BHK Flat in Aarohi at Sus is a good buy.
hi piyush... in which block or building, u booked ur flat?? and is conflict between society and builder is resolved? i heared that society has file a consumer case against builder and verdict is yet to come.. do you stil feel that it is safe to buy flat in this society??
