My comments to replies
now no more Aashritaa marketing tie up with them, I would suggest to and meet builder directly you will get all the information. I have booked one of the flat with Aashritaa marketing team but they are not supportive and not provided proper info so better directly speak with builder.
Had booked one in Apr ... till now the response from the builder has been good ... did verification too and applied to SBI for loan
