apartment has both BMRDA/panchayat approval,will we face any problem while getting possession letter/occupancy
Q: We found that some of the builders in Electronics city,Bangalore , have constructed G+4 floors.They informed us that G+3 floors has been approved by BMRDA and the top most floor(ie G+4)th floor has been approved by gram panchayat only.We are planning to buy a flat in the(G+3)rd floor(BMRDA approved). Please advise whether we would face any problems while getting the completion certificate or any other, as the apartmnet has been approved by both BMRDA and panchayat.

Hi All, I got some good comments about this project. It has very good ventilation, power backup, easy accessibility, near by schools and colleges.
