Aryan Apartments is one of the popular residential developments in Sector-73, neighborhood of Noida and this is one of the ongoing project. Yes it is authentic , because i also check with the brokers, i mean the local agents.

The cost of the property is too low as comparison to that of the Noida other projects, reason is that there is issue with the ownership of the land, still they are not clear that under which authority they will provide the registry. Investigate alot before spending.
Now they are telling that they have got the approval from SBI and Syndicate bank. I think if SBI has approved the property then it must be authentic.
