Hi..I plan to buy a flat in a Anand Group project named "Green County" in Phursungi.
Q: It is located at around 800mtrs from SP Infocity IT park on the Pune-Saswad road. Please let me know any outstanding issues if exists in this area. Would this be a good location to buy a flat for residential purpose?

Q: Hi i visited wisteria -manjari road by vastuyogsuma developers ...but i dnt find any info abt this builder ,like their previous projects,quality of construction etc..if anyone has booked their ..thn pls share ur views asap

Mrs Purvi. since you have been to the site can you please share with me some details about the locality and how is the entrance of the road and its connectivity with the main road? I m also interested in this project.
actually the location is good ..I was just abt to book the flat ..but there were another customer who have already booked thr ..I heard they was offered to pay some hidden cost..and another thing which i noticed they never tell to visit the site .Even I was ready to book but they told they will not give me time for aggrement (for money adjust) and another who still not booked ,the salse person was ready to wait for 5 months for aggrement ..i think its too unprofessional
