Right now there is no bus on that route but in future, hopefully it will come later on. regarding investment, if builder/price and development (area) scope is there, then you money will grow. since sanjarapura and marathahali is already developed. can any one please let me know if they have applied loan from SBI and what is the current progress. DSR marketing manager says that its already approved but its not.
