Legal problem in land registration.
Q: I understand that there is legal problem in the land and case is registered, is any one monitoring this, can we joinly work in facing this problem. Purvankara demanding further payment in spite of this issue, is it justified. Dear co owner please let me know how we are going to face this problem.

I am looking to buy 2 BHK - Please let me know if there are any legal issues from Land owner share... I heard that there is graveyard, [ Not sure whether it is operational ].. secondly, SBI approval is Not there... Land was under BDA notification however it is mentioned as got resolved however not sure.. Why SBI cannot approve...
