Q: Which place is better to invest in terms of good returns in future1. Apartment on bannerghatta road, near meenakshi mall OR2. Apartment in Electronic city phase 1 or phase 2

In my view for short term EC P1 is better but for long term you can consider P2 as well.

The establishment of the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor-NICE Road has improved the connectivity to Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, Kanakapura Road and Mysore Road. So I feel it it worth buying an apartment in this area.

No, They did not change the entire plan only pool location is moved form front to back which has nothing to do with phase 1 development, but yes some delays definitely happened for getting BMRDA approvals for phase 2. They have committed third quarter of 2013 for phase 1. I have seen site multiple times , I am not expert but I think they need to move really fast to finish phase 1 in 3-4 months .
