This is one of the most pathetic and disgusting projects I have come across. I work in an IT sector, so me and my colleagues have really seen good number of projects throughout Pune but trust me Sai Buidcon is the worst builder and there projects are also not worth it. They promise "n" number of things but fail to fulfil even a single promise. Majority of their earning come from Black Money that they take from the customers and Delayed Possession.
