Hi, My name is Bhushan and I have purchase a house in Lodha Luxuria Westgate C. Since the last demand letter for the commencement of the 27th slab which was received in September 2012, there has been no communication from Lodha on the progress of the project. On speaking to them recently, I was informed that they have not received the complete commencement certificate for the 27th slab and therefore the work is not completed. This could mean a further delay of 6-9 months. They are now saying that possession for Westgate C would be in 2014. Does anyone have any updates that are different? Just spoke to Vispi Mehta. He knows of 3 other people who have invested in Lodha Luxuria Westagte C. Suggest we should collectively approach Lodha for answers.
