How about NIRMAN SONESTA- iWoods (Bellandur)?

I am also thinking to book a flat in iWoods. I visited the project today. My only concern is the on-time delivery of the project. He promised me that possession will start from September 2014 and the entire project will get completed by Dec 2014. I have been reading reviews about delay in possession of his earlier project Sonesta Meadows. He reasoned the cause of the delay was due to single contractor problem in Meadows Project. He assured this will not happen in the project as there are multiple contractors. Keeping fingers crossed.
