Is this property legally clear?
Q: Is this property legally clear, Since very few banks are disbursing loans against this property ( Especially Block 4 & Block 5 )

I am not sure if the price Rs.4690/sqft is the right price for this project and in that area.. Can anyone provide your comment and views??
Hi, I was interested in this project . Feel it is overvalued, is 1 crore for 1710 sq.ft a worth option. Plz suggest
