Hi,i am tenant in a gated community apartment in omr, .i am paying my maintenance charges regularly, but i,m not allowed to use swimming pool even for my child. The assn says only owners has access to gym and s,pool and tenants have to pay extra rs500/ per person to enjoy such facilities .please advice me on issue.
