We had purchased a 1000 sq yard property from Ocean Seven Buildtech known as Kot Farm in 2007 and till date we have not received possession of it. We have visited the site many times and it remains undeveloped till date. We have contacted the builder many times and each time they promise possession within 2-3 months time. We had send them a legal notice and now we have filed a case against the builder at the State Consumer forum in Jaipur.
If there are other in this forum who have bought plots at Kot Farm and still waiting for possession and would like to file a case against the builder, please contact me at 9891549753 - Reena Barraud

We had purchased a 1000 sq yard property from Ocean Seven Buildtech known as Kot Farm in 2007 and till date we have not received possession of it. We have visited the site many times and it remains undeveloped till date. We have contacted the builder many times and each time they promise possession within 2-3 months time. Hi Reena..have you talked to the other owners of the OSB Kot Farms..?? You should discuss this matter with them and proceed with some action.
