Q: I see that Aparna announced phase 2 of Sarovar, some kind of hype seems to be happening in this area, is it possible for somebody to summarize the growth in Nallagandla ?

Q: I am planning to buy a plot of around 300 sq yd area at Nallagandalla. The brokers are asking for Rs 20,000 per sq yd.what are the present market price please help.

hi suresh i agree with himani.. prices have been on rise but thats purely because of speculation and a forecast that after 2014 elections there will be a stable govt..but who knows in 2005 2006 many reputated builders sold 3bhk for even 80L and after 2009 many small builders with great quality and amenities gave 3bhk for 40L.. thats why we shld not enter areas like nallagandla kollur at elevated prices.. no doubt nallagandla have good prospects but at price we enter is more important.. if u are not particular abt gated communities i adivice to look over other professional and upcoming builders in nallagandla...prices are placed reasonable with great floor plans and quality

hi veena...recently i have booked the flat and at this level they are quoting 2250persft + 3.5L for two car parking and amenities.. i think few 3bhk and 4bhk are avilable.. u can contact 98856 55999 or www.aasthaavenues.com for their profile
