is this aryan apartment is authentic since till now there is no site office established and also loan facility is not available. apart from that 'Quality builders' profile is also not available. Can you suggest something.

The cost of the property is too low as comparison to that of the Noida other projects, reason is that there is issue with the ownership of the land, still they are not clear that under which authority they will provide the registry. they are offering 1bhk Apartments of Sq.Ft. 610 priced 20.74 Lakhs and 2bhk Apartments of Sq.Ft. 900 with a price approx. Price 30.6 Lakhs
there are lots of confusion with the ownership of the property
