HI All, I have booked a flat in konark meadows.. just read your comment..and want to the effect if KM doesn't get EC, what would happened in this situation? they are saying to give the possession in Aug.2013... I checked with Karia Developers about meadows 2 days back. The possession is getting delayed by 6 months because of environment clearance issue. Initially, they were saying it is not needed as area is less and blah blah..now they are saying this and expecting the EC by oct. I dont understand how this works and how SBI approved the project and giving loans.
Very sad news piyush, I did my registration also recently, did you also? Are dey saying october possession or 6 months later from now?

Also I visited site last week only, the work is going speedly, without EC dey can't give possession?
