Even I have read few threads here that people are cancelling their bookings. As far as I know the project is yet to be launched. What can be the reason?

The cost of apartments they are offering are quite affordable in terms of cost. I am bit worried about the construction quality.

Hi Nagesh, i have gone through the link but no body mentioned what is the reason to cancel it.
because they are fraud... this is a fake construction company.. they have not even bought a land for any project.. all their documents are fake.. this company owner has three construction companies with names Dreamz GK , Gruha Kalyan and TGS CONSTRUCTIONS ... He is a big cheater and criminals.. he was in jail for 6 months last year due to cheating people with crores of money

after 2 years of booking, they have not started even a single project .. moreover they have not a single land on name of company because they have not bought a single land.. all their documents are fake .....

Please Beware of Gruha Kalyan, Dreamz Infra as they only know how to cheat poor people. Dreamz Infra cheated may people and earned crores of rupees and with that money they start another venture in the name of Gruha Kalyan with new office in HSR Layout opposite to Petrol pump. My 5 lakhs is still with them and I have already sent legal action against this company.

You people are rubbish, Gruha kalyan is offering such a nice flats in such a new schemes. Don't give foolish comments. I am sharing my experience here.
Gruha Kalyan Properties is the one of the famous builder in Bangalore. I was looking for apartment and after doing so much research I came to Gruha kalyan. Last month I saw an impressive offer in pre-launch project. In this I need to pay 30% now and for the rest of 70% I will get home loan after the construction. Even there is no Pre EMI. I need to pay the EMI after possession only. This is very much useful for us. So I can suggest Gruha Kalyan to my near and dear.

All these comments are utter nonsense, Gruha Kalyan is selling pre-launch projects for a very low price that's many competitors are spreading this bad news through these reviews.
you are non sense asshole... you are sure agent of this fraud company gruha kalyan... they have cheated more than 6000 people with 100 crores of money and ran away after closing all offices.. they had 3 offices in hsr layout with 3 different companies names Dreamz GK , Gruha kalyan and TGS
Constructions.. more than thousands cases against them are resistered in Madiwala Police Station..

DO NOT BUY WITH GRUHA KALYAN! They are bunch of thieves who lie! I bought a property and cancelled it after suspecting their behaviour. I trusted them initially. After hearing about them among friends amd my own experience, they are cheating people. Once you pay money they keep lieing to you. Its been 3 months and they lie about returning my money. This is the booking amount of 3 lakhs I checked without doing research about them. Please save your money and tension and do not buy!!!

Gruha kalyan is totally a fraud company, never ever invest your hard earning money with them, nothing you will get. I had booked a flat in their socalled project Rose-2 marathahalli, later cancelled as well. It’s almost 10 months, I am running behind them and struggling to get back my booking amount of 1 lakh rupees, their cheque has been bounced as well. Plz be careful.
