The construction seems to have been halted at the moment. There is some concern regarding their approvals from GDA. My bank, which had earlier approved my loan has now put it on hold because of some FSI transfer issues.
Ansal is marketing to sell 1,3 & 4BHK apartments. i don’t think they have any 2BHK left to sell. They are also marketing for Ansal plaza which is coming up at same site.
