Hey.. i am going to purchase 3BHK apartment in Revanta Welfare Society on GT Karnal Road. I made this decision after investing alot about the zone, company background and other legal things but for the safer side i am posting here so that i can get advise from others too. Although i just love the facilities/amenities they are providing. I found all these things only with private builders. pls give ur views on it.

I have a big part of land on the same place in P-II Zone and i am sure its value is going to rise very high soon. And i even heard about Revanta Welfare Society. They are doing very well. Its the first time some welfare society is providing servant quarter with evry class of apartment. You are going on the right way, just go n invest.
