I had visited site yesterday(11/04/2013). The work going on in full swing at premier exotica building no 3 .The work of The Plinth is completed for AB wing & The basement work ( 4 Parking Floors) of C D E wing is presently under construction. The need to complete major work before mansoon otherwise it will not be possible to continue work during mansoon.
All nearby SRA work is going in speed .
The work of Building no 4 ( All 2-3 BHK flat) is started from 15 days ago. The basement work is underway at building no 4.
anupam do you mean to say that flats will be available by diwali ????? as the executives at office are saying some other story about possession we dont have place to stay ....we purchased these flats hoping to get on time ... they are bullshitting peoples trust can you throw some light on possession if you have any news about it

For last 4 days I am continously writing mails and calling corporate office for response to my Queries.
Today I spoke with secretary of Residential Sales VP after dropping a mail and she informed me that if it was
mentioned in the Agreement? If not then you should have read the agreement before signing.
I Informed her that we were given the copy to sign only at the REgistrar Office then how can we read before signing?
I also asked her if you go by agreement then why you are not complying with the posession date mentioned in the agreement
which is delayed by more than 2 years.
will escalate this Issue to further authority, Management team shoudl be aware what we people are undergoing.

Hope you guys are aware of whats happening at HDIL premiere residency...the buider has aked for more money (5-10 lacs) till the buyers pay that he is refusing to handover the possesion to their homes! Initially it was demand for cumposory car parks -2- l cacs and now this..after all the delayed posseision...Excotica guys should club with the residency buyers and fight against the builder!
dont handover any money until they handover the keys of flat
